Hi, I am Nicole.

I love yoga, on the mat and off the mat. My first career was in marketing in the corporate world. I am a mum to two young adult boys and a labrador. I am super passionate about helping people feel good. I am German and I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I love kale chips and German sausages.

I believe in identity evolution.

Let me explain.

My background is in productivity. I had a successful day when I cleared as much from my to-to-list as possible. I used to be that kind of person who did not feel enough when I wasn’t productive. My self worth was directly linked to my productivity, both at work and at home. There was no question about always investing time and energy into my family and my job first. I could still take care of my own needs when I was done with everything else. Yes, this was me and there was no way that I would allow this to change. This was my identity. This was who I am.

Then we moved to another country, I decided to quit my job and with it I lost my identity.

“I learnt that every little choice I make today will impact my life tomorrow.”

— Nicole

Fast forward…

Today, I look forward to waking up early to do my morning routine before I take care of my family. I have eliminated a few addictive substances from my diet to experience more freedom around food. I exercise moderately. I love yoga. I also love working out vigorously to strengthen my body. I feel more joy in my life when I do one thing at a time. At this stage of my life, my goal is to live in menopause with ease and to find a way where getting older is a path of vitality and resilience.

Now, I am that kind of person who is practising to feel enough by simply showing up in this world. My point is that you do not have to move countries to evolve your identity. It is a choice you can make anytime. I learnt that every little choice I make today will impact my life tomorrow.

I would love to help you make little choices every day so that you feel good and find a path to age with more vitality and ease.

What qualifies me to help you?
